Wildlife SIG Outing - 4/22 - Crow Valley, Pawnee Grasslands - Migrating Birds
The April FCDCC Wildlife SIG Outing is this coming Saturday 4/22. It is scheduled for the Crow Valley Campground/Pawnee Grasslands for migrating birds. There wasn't much in the way of migratory bird activity last week and I will be going out there again to check in the next couple of days. If it looks like birds still have not shown up, the outing may go to Lathom Reservoir east of Greeley for migrating waterfowl and shorebirds. They have started to show up there. For carpooling purposes, we will be meeting at the usual spot; the north east corner of the Harmony Rd. Transportation Center at 6:30 a.m. For those interested in the portrait shoot later that afternoon. The wildlife SIG should be back in FC by 1:00. As always please let me know in advance if you plan to attend so we do not leave anyone behind at the parking lot. -Guy

LPS April outing is to Doors Open Denver for architecture shoot. FCDCC is included. Date is Sat. April 29th. Meet at I-25, US 34 Park and Ride at 8 am to carpool. More details at April meeting. People should contact Ann Yang if they would like to go.
