Here is the agenda:
1. General sharing - what you have done with video lately and would like to share with the group. Bring a thumb drive with what you would like to share and I can show it my big screen TV using my MacBook. Need help with anything? Can also share any cool equipment you have used for video.
2. Monique - Pre-planning a video and writing scripts for video.
3. Steve Eis - Google Docs for our group
4. (from last meeting not discussed) - Using external speakers when showing movies - Steve Eis: Sonos Play Five; Judy: Bose Speakers via blue tooth; others?
5. Plan next meeting - September 3 (unless someone else wants to host July or August as Judy will be out of town.)
Hope to see you at the meeting. Judy
Wed 6/5 @7am Landscape SIG Outing to Roxborough State Park
The Landscape SIG outing to Roxborough State Park, SW of Denver is scheduled for Wednesday, June 5, 2019. We will carpool from the NW Harmony Park and Ride at 7:00 a.m. The drive down should take about 1hr and 30 min., depending on traffic. We could hike one or two of the trails in the park and take photos until about 12:30 p.m. I would suggest the Willow Creek Trail (1.4 miles) for birds and the Fountain Valley Trail (2.3 miles) for the rock formations and ruins of an old estate, or just the second one if we want to concentrate on the landscapes. A good description of the park and these and other trails in the park can be found at https://dayhikesneardenver.com/roxborough-state-park-hiking-trails/. We plan stop on the way home for lunch. One suggested place on the above web page is the Waterton Tavern in Littleton, not far from the park. By 2:00 p.m. we should be on our way back to the Harmony Park and Ride, arriving about 3:30 p.m. depending on traffic. Please email Frank Ethridge (franke129@msn.com) or Deborah Cowan (cowandesign27@gmail.com), if you plan to attend and would like to carpool from the Harmony Park and Ride so we will not leave anyone behind.

Sat 6/29 @6am Wildlife SIG outing to Mt. Evans
The June wildlife outing will be to Mt. Evans on Saturday June 29. The main subjects there are the Mountain Goats; but there are also Bighorns, Pika and Ptarmigan that can be seen on occasion. The Goats can be anywhere from a few feet away to a hundred yards or more. I generally have two lenses to cover anywhere from 24mm to 400mm. For carpooling we will be meeting at the Harmony Rd Trans. Ctr at 6 a.m. at the north east corner of the parking lot. It is about a 2.5 hour drive to the top of Mt. Evans.
