Location: CSU Natural Resource Building Rooms 301, 316 and 345.
Hours: Set up time: 9:00 am to 9:30 am Photo-shoot: 9:30 am to early afternoon
Topic: Macro Photography: Flowers, oil in water, various small objects, etc.
Attendees are encouraged to bring appropriate items to photograph: feathers, leaves, water drop set up, focus stacking set up, etc.
Additional information will be available in early February.

Day / Date: Saturday, March 7, 2020
Location: CSU Natural Resource Building Rooms 301, 320 and 345.
Set up time: 9:00 am to 9:30 am
Photo-shoot: 9:30 am to early afternoon
Macro Photoshoot the following will be provided: Flowers, watch mechanisms, hot wheels, pencils, small object as well as white, black and blue backgrounds. There will an oil in water set up for abstract images. Rocks under black light illumination for imaging mineral fluorescence will be available.
Attendees are most welcome to bring items to photograph: feathers, leaves, shells, focus stacking set up, etc.
The CSU Natural Resource Building is located on University Ave., which is accessed from the South bound side of College Ave. The parking lot is on the North side of University between Libbie Coy Way (formerly East Drive) and Amy Van Dyken Way. Parking at CSU is open on weekends. On the Westside of Amy Van Dyken Way is a sidewalk that is south of the Forestry building. Follow the sidewalk to the Northeast corner of the Natural Resources Building where you will see the door to enter the building. This corner of the building also has a large elevator. As in past years, Professor Jerry Magloughlin will post signs providing directions into the building as well as within the building.
For those that would like to get a snack or lunch during the photoshoot the Lory Student Center is just a five minute walk. Professor Magloughlin told me that the student center now has a Freddie's :-).
